Pew pew recoil

Pew pew recoil is an action platformer inspired by classic NES platforms like Mega Man and Ninja Gaiden. Instead of jumping and shooting your enemies, you are shooting to jump. Me and my partner developed it as a side project, to show our love for video games.

Bunnykin's Carrot Collector

Bunnykins Carrot Collector was for a Game Jam called "Games on Demand." What separated this Jam from others, was we developed games base on ideas from children undergoing treatment in the hospital.
It was definitely a wonderful experiences to participate in something amazing.

About me

Kevin Huynh, I'm a UX Designer, living in Toronto, Ontario.

Before I came into the world UX design, I specialized in creating illustration works for Video Games. Some of these involved, concept arts and 2D asserts.
Throughout my career, I wanted to expand my branch off form illustration and be more involved in the design process.
An opportunity came to me when I began working on indie game for a developer. Since it was just the two of use, I became heavily involved in a lot of the decision making, and including designing the User interface.  
After the project was done I knew what to dedicated myself to.

I am very excited to jump into UX design and learn to design the best user experiences I can.
